Shady Acres Mobile Home Park is an Affordable Mobile Home Park community located approximately 32 miles south of Boston in the Town of Raynham, Bristol County, Massachusetts. The park is situated close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The intersection of Interstate 495 and Massachusetts Route 24, a four-lane divided highway, is located at the town’s border with Bridgewater. Additionally, U.S. Route 44, Massachusetts Route 104, and Route 138 pass through the town. The current resident population is approximately 15,200 residents.
The park previously consisted of 33 lots but is undergoing remodeling which has added an additional 22 more lots which will be filled with new mobile homes manufactured by Pleasant Valley Homes located in Pine Grove, PA. As an owner, you own the mobile home and rent the land. The rental fee is currently $425.00 which includes master insurance, snow plowing and landscaping of common areas, trash removal, and water and sewer.
