The owners of the property, Richard Costa and Craig Middleton, purchased the property in 2019. The previous owner purchased the property in the 1950s and built and resided in a duplex home on the property and eventually rented some of the land to friends who resided on the property in trailers which eventually turned into a business and was named Shady Acres Mobile Park. The duplex home was demolished and in its place are two separate brand-new mobile homes! More of the land has been cleared which now consists of 22 additional lots each awaiting a new mobile home and its owner.
